1.      Any guarantee manipulations are executed ONLY IN OUR CLINIC.

2.      In course of execution of any guarantee manipulations, the clinic DOESN’T COVER THE RESIDING IN THE COUNTRY AND THE COST OF TRANSPORTATION.

3.     Implantation guarantee is given AFTER PROSTHETICS.

Terms of guarantees for different works

1.      Restoration of teeth by composit materials (1 year)

2.      Crowns and bridge- prostheses (3 years) except metal based plastics.

3.      Veneers and tabs (2 years)

4.      Full demountable prosthesis (2 years)

5.      Bugel prosthesis (3 years)

6.      Implants after prosthesis (5 years)

P.S.

Patients who have metal based ceramic constructions, should be careful when eating rigid and dry food (crackers, walnuts, avoid biting electric wires, avoid drinking hot right after cold, or do the opposite).

Full or partial suspension of guarantee certificates

1.      Not total or total absence of hygiene of an oral cavity.

2.      If the patient didn’t attend preventive examination twice a year.

3.      If the rules of use of partial and demountable prosthesis haven’t been followed.

(voluntary fixation of the prosthesis)

4.      Sudden changes of the patient’s weight.

5.      In case of traumas of maxillofacial area.

6.      Organic diseases obtained during the guarantee terms (Diabetes, osteoporosis, chemotherapy)

7.      In case of violations of financial responsibilities to the clinic.
